This should be all bountycraftable / kings gear except for the ML10 cloak

The goal was to get max con + hits and dex. If anyone has suggestions on how to improve or if there should be another target stats wise please let me know!

Mplode brought up HoA / Relic frag. On my keep team I typically have bard+druid with HoA+Horn, but for others this might be an issue so please be aware. I will miss having Lugs but I don't think it's gamebreaking, if there is some fight where I need it I would probably swap it in to prepare for the fight then swap back after use

I use the freezing mythirians, conqueror or king and the CL15 DF weapon and the kings cloak (these got buffed about a year ago)
At some point your template is good enough to do all the content and you don't really need to tweak it any more.
In some of my templates I use kings legs, kings cloak and kings belt
The most important pieces right now are curse chestpiece, freezing mythirians, CL 15 weapons (there are other drops that have 20% resist damage proc that are better for some builds), OW rings/gem, curse bracer, OW head, infernal arms, cursed gloves, medal of valor neck(if you can fit it in) then spellcraft a couple pieces to fill in gaps or use kings gear if it works.
