I'm back and after 3 weeks of emailing the chumps that work in the customer support division I got tired of not getting anywhere. I decided to call their office and tell them that they suck. Guess what I am going to get a phone call from them during which they will help me solve all my game related problems seems they do want me to be able to give them my money after all. so here is hoping that my bot account and my wife's account will be up soon too.
